Halloween is over and so is the busiest time of the year for moonbounce and inflatable rental companies. From the beginning of March to the end of October Astro Jump rents out everything from bounce houses to waterslides to obstacle courses to people all over Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax & Loudoun Counties), Montgomery and Prince George Counties of Maryland and all of Washington, DC. We even started renting bounce houses in Richmond. Many children have the birthday party of their dreams and enter the cold months excited for next year’s birthday party.
This begs the question of what do children do who have a birthday party during the cold months? We have an answer: indoor moonbounces or moonbounce combos and sports inflatables (like football throwing and basketball hoops inflatable) that can fit inside. Believe it or not, even our largest inflatable rentals can work in the winter–if you can throw your event in a large indoor area, like the gym of a school or church event space.
Whether your child is turning two, seven, or even a teenager, we have a way to make their birthday party fun for everyone. Allow me to make a few suggestions below for each age group.
If your child is five or younger and is aching to have an inflatable rental at their birthday party, you should consider one of the new toddler moonbounce combos that Astro Jump offers. These inflatables are specifically designed for children under the age of five and will make any party a huge hit. We all know that the biggest issue with bringing an inflatable inside is the height clearance. Our indoor/outdoor toddler inflatables vary in height and begin at 8.5 feet tall.
